Here at J's Wildlife creations Taxidermy Studio, I offer a couple of classes, whether you are a beginner or an intermediate looking to further your skills in the art of taxidermy.
I offer small group classes located in my studio in Harrisville RI. All classes are geared for students 18+ however we do allow minors ages 14-17 with a signed consent form.
If you are looking to book a class at your establishment, please feel free to contact me to discuss the details.
I do offer private one-on-one classes so please feel free to reach out.
Squirrel Classes
$300
$150 deposit
$150 bal due at class
In this taxidermy class you will learn how to mount a life-size grey squirrel from start to finish, and go home with your completed piece!
Please email me to set up your class. And I can send you an invoice for your deposit and set up the date.

In this one day taxidermy class, you will be learning how to skin, prep, and mount your life size grey squirrel. We will be going over all of the details so that you learn the skills you need to start basic taxidermy.
What's included: All basic supplies needed to complete your taxidermy piece! I encourage you to get creative! So feel free to bring any fun props along with you, if you'd like to dress up your squirrel!
Pricing: Full price of this class is $300. $150 deposit is required and remaining balance of $150 will be due at class via cash, Paypal or Venmo.
You will be working alongside licensed taxidermist Jaime Burt.
I am the owner of the business, J's wildlife creations Taxidermy Studio, LLC.
Details: All students are required to sign a waiver before class. Students ages 14-17 will need a parent/guardian to also sign the consent form.
Parking: I have plenty of space for you to park in the driveway away from traffic. (Late arrivals of more than 30 minutes will not be allowed to attend the class)
Class sizes are limited to 6 students.

Coyote Classes:
Shoulder mounts

In this taxidermy class you will learn how to mount a shoulder sized coyote from start to finish, and go home with your completed piece!

In this one day taxidermy class, you will be learning how to prep, and mount your coyote. We will be going over all of the details so that you learn the skills you need to start your journey in taxidermy.
